Sush served in various global paper and packaging organizations with multiple sites leading in organic growth, sales and operations excellence, B2B Sales and Business Development and led a few mergers and acquisitions in the USA, and Canada. He has transitioned companies to profitable units within a few months and achieved double digit growths. Currently, he is focused in establishing a family-owned paper and packaging business in Ontario – Aspen Packaging under the umbrella of Mahalanobis Group Inc.
A graduate in Paper Engineering Technology from the reputed IIT, India, he holds an MBA from Tulane University, USA and many professional development courses from Harvard Business, University of Toronto, Motorola University and TAPPI. He began his humble career and rose through the ranks to serve as President, Senior Vice President and General Manager in different continents in paper manufacturing, packaging, display manufacturing, co-packing and Fulfillment industries serving CPG companies with full P&L and growth responsibilities. Most recently working as Regional Manager with Cascades Norampac, Senior Vice President with PearceWellwood (now Menasha). As most businesses reach a size where they need both improved processes and dynamic and effective teams to produce results for shareholders, he has experience in both and led companies through large growth periods. Under his leadership in seven years, PearceWellwood nearly tripled its revenue to become market leader during the tough economic recessionary time.
